The 7.2 earthquake that was reported April 13, 2011 at 10:07am at this website quake.twiple.jp... is being reported on the USGS website as a 5.4 magnitude Magnitude 5.4 NEAR EAST COAST OF HONSHU, JAPAN

Twiple site is a Earthquake Early Warning (EEW) Announcements system

So the only place that is reporting the quake at 7.2 is at the Twiple site.

Just hit, a 6.1:

Well according to usgs, there was a 4.9 in about 45 min ago..

actually its been getting lit up for the past 24

Edit - I don't know if the site is legit or not, but I don't know about the time. I think it is around 1 pm on Wednesday there right now, so if that earthquake would have really hit at around 10 we would have heard about it.
