Mass U2U, Unlock message and HAARP

Anyone think the 2 are related? HAARP is responsible for everything else in the world, might it be responmsible for the mass u2u?

The whole u2u unlock thing is to unlock the HAARP forum. There is a sticky in it that gives us access to the secret HAARP Earthquake creation monitor. It is like the normal ELF wave monitor on the HAARP site but it is restricted access. The guys at ATS uncovered it last week and we are getting a sneak peek and can use it to predict when the government sets off the California fault line.
