Welcome to the game

yes, there was more, but he couldnt see past the darkness.
only the shadows filled his eyes, the street grew dark
up in the sky the clouds masked the sun from view

hardly noticing the others in the street, he walked on ahead
ambient sounds filtered though his mind
violent rips and tears across the soundtrack of his surrounds
everyone turned to stare as he walked on past.

looking ahead his eyes failed to see them pass
one by one they drifted from his mind as he continued on
standing at the corner, he saw it for the first time
then as quick as it had come, it was gone.

the birds circled overhead, their sounds carried off by the wind
he looked around searching with his shifting eyes
everything seemed familar had he seen this before?

growing waves of fear grasped at his mind, why was he here?
another stranger passed, then turned towards him
may i make a suggestion he remarked

And Now I have to show my children this, They make me lose the game about 15 times a day and you made me lose again!
Honestly I didn't think it was going to have anything to do with this "Game" my children told me about 2 years ago. Boy was I wrong!
BTW, I am going to tell you what I tell my kids when they make me lose YOU SUCK!
