MOSCOW -- An explosion hit a bus stop Tuesday in the Russian capital Moscow, which police said was caused by an electrical malfunction, the Interfax news agency reported.

Police said the explosion was linked to construction work in the area, in the west of the capital, and there were no casualties.

The blast, which was initially feared to be a bomb, came at a tense time, the day after a deadly explosion in the metro system in Minsk, the capital of neighboring Belarus, which killed 12 people.

I have a feeling France is going to be getting hit with a big one since the veil ruling went into play.
