I've been offline for a few days and missed the Farewell to little Sox.

Well done for getting him so far, that was a brilliant job especially considering how young he was when you found him.

Awwww so cute about lil Sox! I just wanted to share an updated pic of Bach (the homeless scrawny rooster who came to my house) After several months of good food and TLC he has become quite the looker!

Gracie....I finally found the photo of Smoochy I mentioned to you some time ago.... when he was a baby and wanted to share it with you and everyone else. This is my favorite pic of all time....looks like he's gleefully laughing! Hope it makes you smile.

I bet that rooster doesn't sound like Bach at 5AM,but he is one cool dude all the same.

Well done for fixing him up.
He looks good and healthy thanks to you.
We had a rooster once who was so hen pecked(literally)that he got all his tail feathers picked out when the lady hens pecked him for being weak and submissive-he had to be separated for a while until he got toughened up-which basically meant he got to eat food before all the girl hens stole it off him.
He soon found his voice,and got his feathers back though,and the hens loved him after that.
Very strange...But cool.

A hedgehog!!!
I love hedgehogs,and have rescued a few in my time in Wales.
Can't wait to see the little critter.
Milk,nuts,berries and worms they love to eat.
And cat food!
