I believe that the government will never provide full disclosure. I believe that they are letting us disclose things to the world slowly ourselves, as we discover them on our own. We are acting as our own timers of disclosure because the government knows that we are the only ones who can guarantee that there won't be a panic event.

Things get leaked slowly. We find out new things slowly. Our civilian technology progresses in a slow enough way that we don't make huge leaps like the government projects do.

I don't think that NASA photographic specialists could be foolish enough to release recent photos with obvious "smudged" objects on them of the moon or other objects. These are little breadcrumbs that are left for us. But they're left in a slow enough fashion that we don't get huge amounts of information all at once. The information that we "uncover" is disseminated very slowly because not everyone is interested in the things that we are. It takes a while for the average "non-UFO" person to hear about these things and digest them. All of us know Roswell inside and out. The majority of folks couldn't even tell you where in the world it is.

The government can't possibly calculate what would happen if they just announced what they knew one day on the news. And I don't think any of us really expects that. What they do know is that we will continue to poke and prod and pry. And on the day we tell them that we know everything they won't be surprised in the least.

Steven Greer seems to be rather proud that he has, "briefed a sitting Director of Central Intelligence". What he did, in fact, was give the Director a status report of what the rest of us know. The Director was basically using Greer to take our UFO "temperature". Nothing will ever come of the "Disclosure Project" no matter how much money people send in, sadly.

We will continue to research, theorize, wonder and take photos, all of which are fully worthwhile. But as far as expecting anything from the people we hired to run the country for us? I don't think so.

PS: This is an opinion that I've thought about for a long time and I'm sticking to it until I hear something better to replace it. Please don't flame me just for the sake of it.
