Well, he has been charged to date, and is currently awaiting trial to determine guilt or innocence. Me being a LEO has nothing to do with military
trials, since they operate under compltely different rules, from treament of the suspect, to rules of evidence, to what can be admitted in court, to
who can testify to what as an expert witness based on specialty or command experience.
My comments are based of the actions and charges to date. If he is found not guilty, then I will be more than happy to come back in and appologize for
my opinion.
As far as how I treat people, I would suggest you take some time and actually learn the difference between Law enforcement, the Prosecuting Attorneys
office, The Provost Martial Office, and a military brig.
I submit the charges to the PA, who is empowered to change, dismiss, add, reduce as they see fit. I ahve nothing to do with any person who is accused
and is waiting in pre trial confinement, or jail in the civilian world.
As a side note, before you decide to admonish me, maybe you should place my response in context based on the questions I was responding to. But thank
you for blowing it out of proportion and attempting to go down the fear monger argument by invoking my profession, and then attempting to falsely
accuse me of how I treat people based on my opinion on this one topic.
Contrary to popular belief, I have my own opinions, and those opinions do not reflect in the manner I do my job.
As far as being in Michigan, I have not lived there for sometime now.. I got tired of paying a massive amount in taxes so the State so they could hand
it out to whomever asked for a handout.
