A new powerful earthquake with a magnitude of 7.1 has struck northeastern Japan, according to seismologists. It is notified danger of tsunami.
The quake was high-rises in Tokyo to sway. The epicenter of the quake is located in the county Fukushima, where a nuclear power plant have been major
problems as a result of the previous quake.
The earthquake struck exactly one month after the last big quake, which killed at least 13,000 people.
