"Standing Between You and Slavery" in America is nothing at all. TPTB have a labor pool that makes their goods, consumes them, and willingly kills people abroad upon command.

In America you are not free to live of the land. Everything is owned by someone and the police will move you along. So much for the little rural cabin, farming your garden and enjoying life under the warm sun.

The bulk of Americans are not born into family wealth and trust funds. We are born to toil away our days to put shelter over our heads, food on the plate & clothes on our backs. Nothing wrong with earning ones keep. There is something wrong with how little we keep of what we've earned.

The freedom Americans have is to exist in a heavily manipulated structure of control, don't complain or rock the boat, and if you are lucky you get to die non-violently without being victimized by hoodlums, law enforcement, the penal system, the IRS, etcetera.

As long as Americans are willing to comply with the system TPTB will reign. They only have the power we allow them. I cannot accept the insanity of our modern civilized society. I am opposed to the oppressors that have retarded many generations of Americans, misguiding them away from living in harmony with nature.

Americans are slaves with keys to their apartment & condo cells. Freedom is another concept used to manipulate the masses from cradle to grave. Freedom is not a country where most adults live under pressure to creditors and taxes, a calamity away from being homeless and rarely getting a good nights sleep. I truly believe we are slaves to a terrible system of control that is detrimental to living the lives we naturally should live.

Have you ever been riding along in a convoy when an IED blew your HMMV 10 feet in the air, that would kill anybody, even a "precision strike team unmatched by any force in the world" is still going to be killed after driving over an IED, so I dont understand your logic in that statement at all. They are flesh and blood people, they die just like anyone of us, so implying that they aren't a formidable force on the battlefield is a ridiculous statement, I think your forgetting that Xe is made up entirely of SEALS, MARSOC, Special Forces and Rangers. That warrior mentality and knowledge about combat tactics that is instilled in your brain after 18 months of training doesn't just disappear after you start working for Xe.

The fact that a few guys in Xe who had screws loose killed some civilians tarnished the name of the corporation forever. Its sad, because I know people that work for Xe and would never commit murder, but now have a stigma due to the name of the company they work for. The people that killed civilians would have done the same thing if they were working with the Army, Marines or Navy, it doesn't matter. You let a bunch of pit bulls loose with free reign and eventually someone is going to get bit, it was bound to happen.

Do you have any idea how many innocent people the military kills that nobody finds out about? It would blow your #ing mind. PMC's aren't the only people that do # like that.

EDIT: I do not want to be rude against you personally - military training is military training and is (sometime) useful. But show me the war were US or mercenaries were helpful in any matter! (for last 60 years). I tend to believe that 99% of people with military background are just idiots - thanks to ATS members I know that it is not true.

The correct description of them is mercenaries. Its often stated that prostitution is the oldest profession on the planet. The profession of mercenaries is as old if not older, then prostitution. And basically in the same class.
