Israel ruled out military option on Iran years ago

2005 report says senior defense officials did not believe an attack similar to Israel's assault on Iraq's Osirak reactor was possible.

Senior defense officials ruled out an Israeli military attack on Iran's nuclear sites as early as five and a half years ago, telegrams sent from the U.S. embassy in Tel Aviv in 2005 and 2006 indicate. The cables, which were revealed over the weekend, are among hundreds of thousands shared exclusively with Haaretz by the WikiLeaks website.

In the first telegram, sent on December 2, 2005, American diplomats said their conversations with Israeli officials indicate that there is no chance of a military attack being carried out on Iran. A more detailed telegram was sent in January 2006, summing up a meeting between U.S. Congressman Gary Ackerman (a Democrat for New York ) and Dr. Ariel Levite, then deputy chief of Israel's Atomic Energy Commission.

Maybe now Israel will stop their warmongering?

Israel might not want to attack Iran, but the crazies in Washington, you bet.

Later on in the conversation, Levite told the Americans that Iran could obtain nuclear weapons within two to three years, but admitted the estimate could be inaccurate as "Israel does not have a clear or precise understanding of Iran's clandestine program."

And that was said at the end of 2005-early 2006... As always, the warmongers were wrong.

And all that ``bombing Iran`` training was all a scam to keep the public from believing the government, to intimidate Iran. Now it's exposed.

The only way Israel ``destroy`` Iran's nuclear program is by using nukes, and that is crazy talk. The only other way is for the US to invade, a bombing campaign won't do it. Which is very unlikely too. So if Iran were to decide to get nukes, they would be able to.

Iran can bitch and moan all it likes, but it will never take Israel as a nation. Why doesn't anyone stop and think why Israel still exists? Because the sheer size of the country is seriously nothing compared to Iran and other arab countries surrounding.

I dont think they are bluffing..

Turn on Stuxnet and destroy a few reactors..
Send in hundreds of drones to fool the anti aircraft missiles and waste them
Send in the jets, bomb the bajee'zas out of the army, tanks and navy
Give the go signal for the cells inside to start bombing government officials and the parliament houses
EMP over head to stop communications
Then send in a hundred or so bunker busting nukes to wipe out the enrichment facilities underground

and you have yourself a lightning fast attack which cripples and wipes out the army.

you then stoken internal flames aka the riots after the election and the Iranian problem is gone.

.... of course, if you have a brain in your head you'll realise thats total hogwash and Israel are going to get their ass handed to them and America wil be forced to save them!
