I perfectly understand, my scientific activity can result in what consequences for economy of Russia.

Water can be used as fuel in automobile internal combustion engines without their essential alteration.

Water as fuel part 2

Part 3. How it to carry out? For this purpose the process externally reminding electrolysis is used, high-frequency resonant transformer Tesla which impulses of a current transform atom of oxygen so only is used, that it breaks up to three splinters - carbon and two D.

How is this a secret I ask you? They already have this car that runs on water and everyone and their brother Ralph seems to know about it. Everyone but GM FORD and Toyota that is. Here is a great video detailing it.
www.youtube.com... In another story the inventor was killed and in this one they say "the Pentagon has been very interested in this product."

Everyone knows water can make perfectly good fuel, because it splits into hydrogen and oxygen, and when you combine hydrogen and oxygen you get plenty of energy to drive a car. Bob Lazar has a car that runs on hydrogen and there are others too.

The problem is, what do you use for fuel to convert the water into hydrogen and oxygen?

The water takes a lot of energy to split it into fuel before you can use it.

Lazar, surprisingly, was one of the few people to propose the idea in a realistic way. By harnessing solar energy, and storing the hydrogen in hydrides, his system could actually be feasible.

Of course you suffer energy loss to take the the hydrogen out of water, but by taking the initial energy from the sun you are eliminating burning hydrocarbons.

Good talk about the idea in this thread.

Yes I think Lazar actually had a pretty good idea even though he wasn't doing it himself.

He suggested using solar electricity to split the water. You'd need a big tank to hold the hydrogen somewhere, and then you could use that to refill the hydrogen in your car. Lazar had a big tank, but he was using grid electricity to split the water using his own contraption. It has its dangers as a DIY project due to the dangers of hydrogen, Hindenberg and all that, but it's feasible. The hydrogen storage method in Lazar's car was relatively safe though.

Thanks for the link to the other thread.
