That ATS ribbon reappears every time I go to a new page. It is annoying to keep having to hit "HIDE" every time I navigate to a new page. Is there a way to make it go away AND stay away?

It goes away all by itself after about 20 seconds.

If there is a way to turn the ribbon off permanently, please direct me to an FAQ or other document that explains how to do so. I find it annoying as well...
