i've been around rcmp most of my life, he is clearly one. the video clearly shows the guy with the camera isn't wanted on the grounds.

the guy in this video is completely retarded, yet he is inside of his rights, if he was trespassing we'll it is what it is. i'm sure he would have been let off with a warning but he's pissed off some one with a gun and a badge.
