After watching the video on youtube because that link does not work, I still do not understand what you are implying is in this video.
I do admit it is kind of a weird video, specially when she had no eye brows :S
But I was not under the impression there was any subliminal messages in this video.

Shes a has been tool thats no longer needed. Miley Cyrus is the new tool.
Her dad even came out and said that disney ruined their life, a claim that he
has since retracted.
I wonder.. did money or threats cause him to take back what he said?
