I don't understand. At the end of 2009, Obama gave out $786 Billion for strategic economy stimulation purposes. I know it didn't really work. But he said "Here go spend this money! Build things! Buy stuff! Stimulate!" Now in his speech tonight, he says "needed infrastructure projects will be delayed" and it's time to start "living within our means." But.....you said spend the money! We spent it. Now we're broke. As I said, I don't understand. But I feel like this all could have been prevented. And I'm still not stimulated!

"... Professing themselves to be wise, they became fools..." A lot of education up there in DC. not a lot of wisdom. Two very different things.

I had a husband like Mr. Obama once. He was really sweet and romantic. He sent flowers, called me everyday from work, bought jewelry and other giftts. He tolf me he loved me often and said all the right romantic things.

The problem was he was doing the exact same thing with at least 2 other women.

So, the seeming perfect husband was actually a man jerk. Just like Mr Obama who says all the right thigs, tells half truths and then goes behind your back and does exactly what suits him and his political ambitions. Sociopathy and narcisism is not pretty to look at.

The Repuklicans blinked, not too surprising. God preserve us until the 2012 elections. I only hope we can get better government. I know we won't, but I hope we will.

Its pathetic how much fuss is being created about approximately 30 billion of a 1.2 trillion annual deficit. America sure doesn't have a bright future when people are arguing about the last crumb of a loaf.
