Guess I should show my ugly self. Many wouldn't believe it when I say I'm 27. Apparently my diet was very rich in antioxidants whilst I grew and now that's how I keep it (I seek to obtain biological immortality when it's available). I also have premature grey hair in the front (these photos were taken last Christmas before 60% of it grew in, so show only a fraction).

Oh, thank you. Yes, assuming I survive that long. I have a strong impression (with evidence) there's going to be a global catastrophe that'll eradicate most of the populace before then.

I don't see chicken legs. I do see plenty of grey though. Hm, my front is more of a silver than that but I think it could be due the contrast between the surrounding black hair. Now my curiosity is perked and I shall experiment regarding that.

PS grey hair rocks and you look good with it.

What's your fav comics? Do graphic novels count? If so, V for Vendetta and Watchmen are my 2 favs (and only ones I read).

Yes, Watchmen is definitely an all-time classic. I'm a big fan of Batman and Captain America.Unfortunately it's hard to keep up with comics like i used to.For one thing they are getting expensive, and secondly with all the "crossover events" now, you have to buy 8 or 9 different titles every month just to keep up with the storyline.....

What did you think of the novel's ending compared to the movie's ending, with Watchmen? When I first heard the movie was coming out I had a hard time picturing a giant death squid was going to be on film. When it turned out it wasn't, I thought, for the film, it made it better. But in the graphic novel I liked the fake alien invasion idea.

Yes I agree about the "squid ending"- it just wouldn't have fit with the rest of the movie and people not familiar with the comic would have been going "huh????".....
I know there was a cheesy Cap cartoon series from the 60's.....But the new cap movie is coming out and it looks really good!
Any way we should probably get back "on topic" before the Mods give us a stern "talking to"....
