Mannanan The patron god of the Tuatha de Danan was the sea god called Manannán mac Lir and the Island they came from Og was known as Manannan’s Island. When we read the description of the sea god Manannan, it becomes obvious he is the same god known to the Greeks as Poseidon! Manannan owns a golden spear known as the “Ctann Buide” which means Yellow/Gold Tree i.e. a branched tip or trident. He controls a golden chariot drawn by magical horses which foam the water as he rides over the seas. This positively identifies him as Poseidon. In Greek history and according to Plato’s description of Atlantis you will know that Atlantis was Poseidon’s island, from when the gods split the earth into their domains. In the centre of the city of Atlantis was a temple dedicated to Poseidon. The Irish however locate the land of Og as being in the “northern islands of the world” Which we can logically surmize and attribute to being in the northern hemisphere. More specifically they locate the land of Og as being off the west cost of Ireland and extending northward. When Og’s catastrophe sunk it beneath the waves the survivors sailed to Ireland, the nearest, highest land mass and they approached from the north. The reason for this is that if you remember the geography of Atlantis the northern region of the island has mountains and therefore they would last to go under. It makes sense that inhabitants would have headed for the mountains when the flood approached. Today this range can be associated with what is known as the “Faroes island

I wonder, theres a UFO report from the `80s out of rendalsham forest where one of the guys touched a craft that supposedly imprinted a binary code unto his brain. Well when it was translated there was some coordinates that pointed to a sunken island around that area.
