HAARP site down

Is everybody having a difficult time accessing the HAARP site ..


i tried to go there since this morning .. and it comes out with an invalid page ..

weird ..

A lot of people seem to be noticing this.

I guess traffic and doubts where too high .. they decided to cut the site down .. , kinda strange for a governement site to be inactive for so long ..

oh and japan had another big one this morning .., maybe they decided to shut it off for a while before activating it ..
