Er.. no it doesn't. I just read it and that only applies to members using copywrited material here on ATS - not other websites borrowing from ATS.

Unless I mistook your meaning. Are you saying I should file a complaint against this website?

ATS and its contributors is being taken advantage of because this "complementing" site
is using ATS to sell their book...that in it's self is plain deceptive...

Christians not being honest enough to do the work ....too much...
lazy, lazy people...why am I not surprised.

BTW...was this the people that wanted to interview writers from ATS for tips on survival? Just thought I'd ask
'cause they commented that they wanted to bring the latest news on survival in the end times...just a thought.

YOU personally will never benefit from this, as ATS policy makes it very clear that any original content submitted is then copywriteen by THEM, this site owns your work and you gave it to them, they could if they wanted pursue a copywright infringment claim, and damages, you wont see a dime.

You think the government is going to waste their time mediating conflicts between two fringe and conspiricist oriented sites? They don't care... They would rather us hate each other than hate them. Also, the Internet should not be heavily regulated by the government anyway, or they will find many excuses to censor and intervene. Can it really hurt you to have your name and ideas out to more people, as long as they give you credit? It's a compliment to your work, that they take the time to steal it.

The same thing happened to one of my threads, actually. A 2012 one.

Sorry man, but as this is a private site, as well as the one that is allegedly stealing from you, you have no rights, considering you are not the author of the videos, information you submitted.

Perfect example, I see all the time people suggesting or asking why ATS inifringes on the the First Amendment right, Freedom of speech, its because this is a privately owned site, you have no rights, just rules in which to follow.

Same thing with this ordeal. You have no rights over any information, once submitted to a site, that information no longer " belongs " to you.

That's why any post I make on ATS, or elsewhere out in the WWW, is given a full .01% of my effort. I also proofread, before submitting, to insure that it is sanitized of any originality.

They are abiding the DMCA (Digital Millennium Copyright Act). They only posted the first sentence and then linked back to your thread here. That's fine.

I will agree that the bit about you "posting 3 articles on their site" is shady, but you'll have to take that up with them if you want them to stop using your user name like that.

I also want to point out that there is lots of wrong information in this thread, when you post on ATS you share non exclusive copyright with The Above Network, LLC.

You are free to do whatever you want with your content and so are we.

You retain all of your rights and ownership, you share them with T.A.N. (thus the "non exclusive" copyright) because we are the publisher of your work. You are absolutely within your rights to enforce the copyright on anything you post here that is being illegally used by another site. Many times in the past we have enforced these rights on our member's behalf.

Hope that clears it up for those who don't understand.

First off according to this ATS does Not own the content of it's members

I today, may contact these people to have the content removed. Even thought they did properly give links and references, I do not want my content associated with people who use that content to 1) Lie and 2) sell their book.

They have less of "your" content then you have posted of "JLN Labs`` content

You reference a heavenly father as if you were religious people or Christians yet you boldly mislead and lie. I do not want my content to be associated with people such as you who use their site to Mislead, Lie and sell religious books.

Please remove all of my content ASAP. If you refuse to remove my content I will pursue the matter with the proper authorities.

I have.
The company I work for own's my part of the brain that they have trained and giving knowledge to.
So if I leave this company and go to another,I can not disclose the info I have obtained from the current
company's tech to give to another company.
Just like if someone worked for apple and quit and worked for microsoft,they could be sued if it was discovered
that you disclosed propreitary info.
Or as long as they do not find out or can prove it!

I write lesbian fiction. I have found some of my works quoted on porn sites. They cited me as the author but I found it offsensive because I did not want to be affliated with that type of web site. I e-mailed the person on the site and asked them to politely take it down and they did. I google my pen name from time to time. I still get my stories linked with these type of stories. It is fustrating.
Just google your name from time to time. This happens a lot.
