It can't be displayed.

I would think the Dept of Defense could do a little better with all of the billions (or trillions) they get, but then again maybe that's the problem.

You would think the Department of Defense would allow a former Governor, Navy Seal, and WWE superstar (lol) Jesse Ventura to be allowed inside the gates at the HAARP facility, or at least be allowed to know what it does.... but no...

Nothing should be that secret.. Secrets should not exist.... Its effects on the earth alone are enough to make people want to question it.... The extremes they go to with it should make people want to build an independent army!

I followed the Induction Magnetometer closely for some time, and although it wasn't possible to say where an earthquake would occur, it was possible to predict an earthquake to within approx 48 hours, and its approximate magnitude from the activity shown on the graphs. No wonder they took it down.

Thats gotta be HAARP at work or we've just found an awesome new tool for predicting earthquakes.
I checked all the way to August 2010 and there's nothing similar to those signals that I've seen yet except for the 3 days before the Japan quake.

Might as well keep looking though

The HAARP website is back but no data is available from April 7 to April 12, 2011. Data before and after shows the signature frequency of an earthquake (2.5Hz) being transmitted. Also shows energy spikes which indicates active weather modification. The contact area on the official HAARP website is

Everyone who is concerned about this should shoot them out an email, I already have. Im going to try and get the balls to call that phone number to and ask them why theres no data available on those dates.... Ask questions people..... if questions are asked and responses are not given then the government is hiding secrets. How else can our voice get heard......

Yep. I just checked it again and it is turned up and running at 2.5 strong again. I'm going to check in the morning and if it's still like that, something may be happening soon.

I don't care if people think I'm crazy, there is a pattern like this before earthquakes so I can't deny that it may have a connection. I will be keeping my eye on this thread.

I believe haarp went offline either A) To delete certain logs which would be evident that there facilities caused the earthquake in Japan or B) To delete certain logs which show "something" as being the cause for those earthquakes?

Think about it though, if there was a UFO that had the technology to send out a beam of high energy towards a point to trigger things like earthquakes, figure that a magnetometer would somehow be able to detect it. Just thinking of other possibilities besides the quite obvious...

I have no idea. It was at 2.5 - 2.7 Hz during the 9.0 EQ.

If I was HAARP, I would come back online and display a harmless active signal for a while, to quell suspicions.
It wouldn't make sense to use it for harm again right away, if that is what it is capable of.

HAARP Broadcasting at 2.6 Hz again.
