oh wow,
looks like a black hole vortex
is opening up. now that's kewl.
any sightings of this on the ground.
eyewitnesses would be great

EDIT TO ADD:
this looks similar to what radar displayed
over Arkansas a few months back. I think
there is a thread with images here at ATS
of that event.

It's a problem with the radar not refreshing correctly, our local Doppler radar will do it sometimes..still a cool picture.

I wouldn't be too sure, I joined this forum just to post this, long time lurker. Yes there is nothing on that radar scan, but look at the 512KM Composite on bom.gov.au radar: 512KM Composite

You can quite clearly see the circular formation here, this is WEIRD!
I'm gonna go take a look outside to see if I can see anything, but I think i'm too far south.

Its taken that shape and moved for almost an hour now, refreshing every 10mins dont forget weatherzone is independent of the BOM radar, therfore it cannot be a refresh problem.

Hey, a radar circle. These have always intrigued me, and I've seen them on the local radar before. I dunno what they are and haven't had a really good mundane explanation either. The theories and explanations I've come across are:

It's an artefact from some type of calibration.

In your pic, I dunno maybe that big circle is the range of only one radar and we normally see a composite of overlapping radars from different locations.

Plain old glitch.

Something to do with HAARP/Blue Beam/ other secret project that involves either weather, tectonic, or mind control.

Well there ya go those are the best explanations I've heard over the years of seeing these things.

Indeed it is very curious... If it moves North more, then I will be in an excellent position to see anything.
I have a 3 cameras, one of which can do 1080p video recording.
It has batteries and is good to go in case anything happens!

Havent these rings been spoted on many radars across the world on the web?

I have seen these from australia to out here in the states, in diferent colors of course because of the type of radars, I guess?

I cant remember the threads, tho

Very interesting to say the least....

But prepare yourself for the responses that will be quick to come...

Its "dust" or an only seen ONCE arcing magnetron or something that happens all of the time.

Take your pick, as these were the explantions given last time I attempted to ask
about this in a thread about these rings , you will want to take a look at the responses from all the "qualified ones"
www.abovetopsecret.com...

Personally... I choose NONE of the above.

If you have a look at the Moree Radar, make sure it is 256km (therefore not a composite), then you will not see the artifact which should be in that area.

Therefore it is local to the Namoi radar, and more-than-likely a glitch of some sort.

Also, it is exactly centered over the Namoi radar.

For those in the vicinity of the radar circle, perchance are your compasses showing any anomolous readings? Just curious.
