718 million dollars to be given to Pakistan???

well, I really am unsure as to where this money is going to, as details are a bit vague at this time, but it seems Britain is to give 718 million dollars to Pakistan.

It will probably be 'officially' earmarked for schools, 'war on terror' programs etc.

Am I the only one who is a bit worried that all of this money will not reach its intended targets, and indeed some may find its way to the very thing the US / UK and their allies are fighting?
The Pakistan ISI, for example, has a shaky record when it comes to being 100% committed.
