Great Story and good research! I see you are living in Northern CA. I live there too! I’m currently residing in a lake community. We are now finding some disturbing incidences with chemical contamination here, to the tune 75,535 pounds of silver + a few others chemicals, a year is being dumped on us. Couldn't some of these conditions be caused by silver exposure? I know it depletes oxygen sources, causes memory loss and brain dis-functions. Maybe over exposure to this chemical is causing these effects? Just a thought.
