Bodies found 2 years after French air crash, minister says

Bodies of victims of the crash of Air France flight 447 have been found in the wreckage of the plane, a French government minister said in a radio interview Monday, nearly two years after the crash that killed 228 people.
"We have bodies... there are bodies that are still in the parts that have been found," Ecology Minister Nathalie Kosciusko-Morizet told Radio France Monday.

I have been following this story since it broke 2 years ago - It hit me hard as not only did I used to live in Rio, but unfortunately one of my best friends relatives were on the ill-fated flight.

Part of the aircraft fuselage and engine[s] have been located and as the article also suggests, bodies (All be it, highly decomposed, no doubt) amongst the wreckage.

There is no word yet on the condition of the craft, however, if speculation is true and the aircraft did 'land' flat on the surface of the ocean, then one can only wonder what really occurred on flight AF-447.

The black boxes are still yet to be found, but current investigators have now reignited hopes.
