I was always sceptical about the whole HAARP thing...until now. It really is quite harrowing to know that this type of technology is out there. But it doesn't surprise me in the slightest to be honest.

2012 will be a man-made catastrophe...if anything happens

That's Odd, cause this supports the theory and evidence from
Piers Corbyn that predicted the Quake was due to the Moon and
an Enormous Solar CME that occured 2 days prior to the Event.

He also believe's ManMade Global Warming is total Nonesense.
Therefore, he knows what he is talking about.

Guess what folks sh*t happens. Earthquakes, volcanoes, meteors, plane crashes, train crashes, accidents etc etc You don't need any conspiracy or supernatural beings (god) for any of this. An active earth and fallable humans are enough to cause all sorts of catastrophes.

Now before folks go off on one about coincidence etc etc. Please please please study statistics. Clustering of events is NORMAL like tossing a coin and getting three heads in a row.

Yes, Earth -- it has flaws, earth quakes and the like... Just because earthquakes naturally exist, mean we somehow could never figure out how to create one?

Even if we can't now, you know as well as I do, that the technology to do such is practically inevitable.... and following your logic, when some one finally obtains it as a weapon -- discredit it completely as an act of war because it can occur naturally?

I don't get this line of logic? It's "Illogical."

- the observation and recording of abnormal atmospheric activity - whether measured or viewed (clouds) - around the epicenter prior to an event, seems a little coincidental
- the amount of research that has been performed on the technology since the FIFTY's
- the capabilities of the project given the scientific explanation of its uses and supporting technical data

...the theory of HAARP being weaponized, and being responsible for earth changing events is not only plausible, it's downright probable (not to mention inevitable).

Time to take this idea more seriously, anyway.

If it was haarp and the government why didnt they just hit them with another 9.0? and if it didnt sink another 1?
and then another tell its gone?

If they wanted to sink japan why is it still there???

if they wanted to get rid of new orleans with katrina why did i go to mardis gras last year?? they coulda just sent another katrina right?? tell it was gone??

why are they letting them recover in haiti?

i think these are all valid questions. but know one can answer them .. and still make sense..

Light before an earthquake is meant to be natural/normal..

HAARP - I have been reading all these threads for years about them - This is possible? I can't see a nation doing this to anyone... But is it actually POSSIBLE?

Yes, and no.
The official lower frequency of HAARP is 2.8 Megahertz, or million cycles per second.
The frequency that is supposed to be capable of generating earthquakes is 2.5 Hertz, or cycles per second, there is literally a million times the difference.
Having said that, it is of course possible to modulate the 2.5 hertz signal onto any frequency you want, as long as it is significantly higher than the 2.5 hertz. This is a different kettle of fish & begs the question 'will it have the same effect as an original 2.5 Hz radio signal?'-well, not really.
Of much more interest is the TEC or total electron count in the atmosphere that shows a remarkable dip just before earthquakes happen. One explanation is that this is piezo-electric activity from the compressed rock (particularly if there's Quartz present)- that is actually depleting the air of free electrons just before the quake happens. While that may be the case, it doesn't account for these changes happening at high altitudes, these effects would be ground level or 100 feet at best.
So what are we left with? there is certainly evidence that the TEC & the quakes are related, more possibly due to solar activity than anything else. HAARP is well capable of disrupting the ionsphere, & so could possibly be used indirectly to alter the TEC and trigger a quake.
This is some speculation on my part, i cannot prove 100% that HAARP is being used as a weapon, however, they didn't build it just to see if they could talk to submarines

As i said earlier, best to be certain, & flatten the HAARP array.
