Oh please god, we don't need another TEXAN in the White House.

There should be an Amendment to the Constitution forbidding Texans from running or holding the office of POTUS. Texas is a state continuously threatening Secession, I don't think that it's appropriate to have a president who could have divided loyalties.

George Bush (s) are from Connecticut. A real Texan does what needs to be done, takes no prisoners, and has a fiercely independent streak. We need a REAL Texan this time. Ron Paul is anti-Imperialistic, anti-war, pro-American, fiscally conservative and devoted to the Constitution. I don't agree with his abortion stance, but other than that Ron Paul epitomizes the real America.

Ron Paul might cut government social programs, but he would demand that Americans help Americans and provide incentives for churches and non-profits to fill the void. I am sure there would be incentives too donate too.

The real problem is that, unless you are a voting member in the electoral college system, you don't have any say whatsoever as to who the president of the Unites States is.

Perhaps I am overly cynical, but I believe that this system was created to ensure that someone, like Ron Paul, never gets placed in the position where they could possibly be president.

His ideas of eliminating the welfare state also aims at reducing the biggest part of the socialist ideology in America, transferring huge amounts of taxpayer wealth to banks and the military industrial complex. This will NEVER be permitted to happen.
