Rehashing this old thread in the hope of some advice.

My friend (honestly lol) is dealing with this on an intense level.
I'm not looking for medical advice, its more about learning how I can best help her and not hinder.

I do believe it is schizophrenia she is experiencing.
But if I raise any doubts towards what she says, it upsets her and makes it worse. and at the same time I know it is wrong, and harmful to feed her delusion with any reassurance. Its a really frustrating and sad thing to cope with.

Has anyone else who is currently active here, have any experience in this situation?
