Good question, I am too fascinated with the subject even if I'm a bit skeptic as to my own beliefs.

My own experiences. I have had 3 experiences with sleep paralysis. In each, I have seen three different figures. One was a hell hound. I have since come to the conclusion that sleep paralysis is in relation to ongoing medical conditions that I have, and that perhaps what I saw was just my imagination. However, I still can not shake those feelings - and how real everything seemed when I had my experiences.

I've always felt something in the house that I grew up in. I have written about it on the forum here. At times, I have felt energies around me that have not been pleasant. One night while rehearsing alone at the church where I am a musician, I felt a dark energy come breezing through the basement. It was so strong I had to leave the church - as is. I turned off the light, locked the door and high tailed out of there. The next night I was there rehearsing, I told whatever it was to leave me alone. I have not had that feeling since. I still don't know what it was to this day - and I don't think I ever want to find out.
