I know ATS is on twitter, facebook, etc. But why isnt there a Droid App, Iphone App or Blackberry App for ATS? If there is one already please point me in the right direction!

There is an app on the droid, but it's only for ATS Live. You can't post or read on the forum with it unfortunately.

It's already being discussedHERE. They are in the making of the apps currently so I don't expect it to be long.

I would be happy with just a mobile version of the site.
Although a dedicated app does sound nice.
