A Question About Worldviews

[color=Sienna]I would like to know what kind of mindset would a person have if they were of an elite (well-connected, "old money") background and would like to depopulate the Earth at the expense of whom they consider subordinate, less worthy humans than themselves. What would a typical day be like for them and how would they save the environment and replenish it after the demise of these large populations? I'm writing a paper on it and this is the part I don't get. If you let the environment turn to crud to get rid of people, do you yourself live in a bio-dome type of setup and then replant the Earth with the seeds from the Svalbard seed vault? What do you think their plan would be? Thank you,
