Cosmic Citizen - if you'll delete the rest of the sentence after "(home and abroad)" it's a much tighter law and much easier to prosecute since no
specific intent must be proven. The second sentence - penalty clause - is just perfect IMO.
As stated, good luck getting corporations to go away - but if we could restrict corporate entities from claiming or exercising the rights and
liberties of natural persons such as "freedom of speech" , great progess could be made. Of course, we might want to eliminate the profit incentive
from certain critical activities like health care and pharmaceuticals - the "de-personalization" of industry.
