(

The simulation has been stopped due to power outage
is from when it was off line since March 11-29 due to the Japan EQ, it is however on line right now and still updating, the message is just still there as it has not been removed yet)

Normal:

Chile EQ

The magnetic southpole is gone, i belive a LARGE EQ is imminent this is connected to WARNING: Geomagnetic Sudden Impulse expected!

Reference for previus intsances (with images of previous times this happened)

All living close to fault lines should take extreme caution

Durring the Geomagnetic spike the magnetic poles crossed each other and now the south pole is temp gone,

And the Geomagnetic Impulse happened exactly when the poles started shifting yesterday (look at the time stamp)

Lets hope your wrong...

but if you are right, the implications are noteworthy. Good on you!

is this magentosphere simulation that precise that we have to worry if something like this turns up?

The site now says

'The simulation has been stopped due to power outage.'

forgive my lack of knowledge on how this website works, but is it suppose to say that the simulation has been stopped due to a power outage? on the live simulator page, or is that just because it only updates every 5 mins?

i am just thinking its wierd how it says they have stopped the simulation not long after you posting these findings, but do not want to over jump the mark before finding out why the message is there.

agh, edit to add somebody else noticed above, nevermind.

I check that site regularly, that message has not been taken of the website yet, but the images are UPDATING, look at the time stamp... it has been up and running since early yesterday (it was taken off line from 11-29 due to its location in Japan, but i assure you it is up and running)

Wait 10 minutes and a new picture (look at time stamp ) will appear

Wow, looks like things are about to get very interesting indeed !!

I'm going to jump off the fence and go with something cataclysmic happening real soon.

Shall be staying tuned to this thread as the days pass.

Hi there WiseTHinker.

Just wondering how many times you have seen this occur and then have an earthquake follow this event? I'm guessing this has happened in the past to be able to make a link between the magnetic south pole and large earthquakes?

thanks.

I apologize in advance, i am real dumb when it comes to this magnetic stuff. What does this all mean if it is true?

Where did you get that diagram of the EM field?

I am not grasping how this means the magnetic south pole is/was gone?
Could you offer some more clarifying links for the ignorant like me??

"um" This a really strange, stopped due to power outages. Where would this site be? Is there any tech heds here who can tell us where it would be held then we could check the area, check for power blackouts?

The mag.south pole is gone, and now i have to find a new avatar.

5 years it took for me to see someone else have it

Ah well...Time to refresh...

If this is happening, should the earth not react right away?

Fear mongering much?

Nothing is 'gone'

The geomagnetic impulse barely registered as a C class.

There are 3 categories: X-class flares are big; they are major events that can trigger planet-wide radio blackouts and long-lasting radiation storms. M-class flares are medium-sized; they can cause brief radio blackouts that affect Earth's polar regions. Minor radiation storms sometimes follow an M-class flare. Compared to X- and M-class events, C-class flares are small with few noticeable consequences here on Earth.

spaceweather.com...

You can see the readings here:

You can see the reported impulse just before March 30.

Besides all this, the C class flare made the the NICT simulator appear like this:

What we're currently seeing now is the result of the drop in flares as seen here:

This happens often, especially during solar minimum.

can you explain what this means? not everyone knows what they are lookijg at in these pics...south pole temporarily gone? so that means it coming back right? i just dont like having to go to a link and read a whole story when its your thread and should at least give some more info please?

Their location is in Japan. The simulation was down because of power losses at their location after the 3-11 earthquake.

They're back online now with the simulations but they haven't removed that message yet. Just ignore it. The data is current.

As for me, I'll be keeping some serious eyes open. I've been waiting for this.
