I Have never read a book on remote viewing.
Even for the experienced remote viewer sometimes you can be as accurate as inaccurate, however this is only due to the discipline involved.
It can take around 4years to become competent at it,its like anything in life you only get out what you put in.It takes a life time to get good at
First you must understand the energy's involved,then you must know how to develop it.Psychic phenomena can also cross with it so the more experience
you have the better you get at learning what your seeing.
For the military RVing is mainly one of two primary functions,spying to gain intelligence,and confirming intelligence,they have technology to enhance
the ability and it can be just as clear as watching a movie or something happening before your eyes.
