I can answer your question. Ron Paul is the President of the united states of America. If this coup to take over the world is not successful. and it wont be. they just dont know we have been following this story for about 15 years or so. So Ron Paul is sort of a stop gap measure for them to remain in power if everything falls apart which it appears is the case.
