Here's a early UAV prototype of these in action before the blueprints were passed onto contractors, subsequently funded by Police Forces in the UK & Canada.

1:35 you can see in this vid, the Cops new UAV, disguised as a Balloon. I know you might find it laughable, but if anyone remembers from the day (and youtube archives) this 'Balloon' managed to follow the crowd to Parliament Square, and then around where the Tory HQ is a hour or two later.
