Here is my first suggestion for recovery

First and foremost,when a new president is elected,it is not for a specific time period.The president shall have monthly reviews.If it is determined by a popular vote that the president is not making good decisions,he will be terminated from his position immediately.The population vote shall be taken using your social security number over the telephone.No illegal aliens can participate.The telephone instructions will not be delivered in spanish.If you cant speak english,go eat at taco bell and watch telemundo .Case in point,when the united states donated huge amounts of money to egypt recently,when our people are starving and homeless.That issue would be brought up at the presidents review on live tv prior to the vote on whether he retains his position or not.I, myself think it is grounds for immediate dismissal.The position of presidency is far too important to lock somebody in for 4 years.
