Directly from the webcam of Fukushima Nuclear Power Plant on 16 March at 04:00 EDT, a strange, anomalous spherical object hover above the nuclear plant. What it is?

Source: www.woweather.com...

Zoom

At the beginning I have thought to an helicopter but it is not. A real helicopter was shooted on a frame on 23 March at 00:00.

And another bizarre light right above the Fukushima Power Plant on 26 March

Now: What kind of known object is it?

any water droplet, dust on the front glass of a lens does not show on the picture. Try it if you have a camera. Even a small piece of white tape will do...it wont show.

Well ofcourse they want to keep a close eye on us, they might let us destroy our planet but once we starting impacting the solar system outside us they wont be too impressed.

I can think of two good readsons for launching weather balloons from that location....One it would be able to show the winds direction and speed at several differing altitudes as it rose above the plant. Two it could monitor the radiation aloft. That enough?
