Click on tools, and scroll down slightly until you see "Member Avatars Are Hidden" in bold letters, then click on submit.

What did you guys use to make your avatars?

1. Find an image that you would like to represent you.
2. Edit it in your favorite software ie Photoshop or other image editor
3. Make it the right size - good idea to copy another avatar and use it as a guide.
4. Load finished image into your photo space on ATS
5. Follow instructions to publish as your avatar - Lots of instructions and threads on ATS

I can't tell you verbatim how to publish it as I have only done it once but there is plenty of info on here to follow.
It's not hard. When you edit make sure the image isn't much more than 50 kb.

I use Photobucket for that btw (Probably better ones out there but I prefer it ).

Just upload, Click image, click on re-size and save. Done.

I did all that image wont show tho, its in my profile but not showing on here

It's not showing up on your ATS media center (I just checked and you have no public images stored). You need to host it on ATS remember.

I uploaded it to there its showing when i look on there?

I tryed to link the URL and have also uploaded it to ATS from desktop anyone????
