Here's the first news I found:

Tokyo - An earthquake with a magnitude of 6.5 struck north-eastern Japan Monday, the Meteorological Agency said.
A tsunami advisory was issued in Miyagi Prefecture by the agency. There were no immediate reports of casualties or property damage.

There are some people that say HARRP is out sending a message to japan, and thats what the last earth quake was for, but what if its not to send a message but rather take out the economy of japan? And that this was just beginning
