Anybody know where there is a copy of Richard Clarkes signed paper of allowing

the Bin Laden's to leave? I have looked for it but can't find it, also the big question is were they allowed to leave Florida in a small aircraft when it was a time when there was a ban on this at the time? Here is a link that completely contradicts what the 911 commission is saying.
