An Army report, released today, found 94 cases prisoner abuse in Iraq and Afghanistan. However, the report shied away from blaming the leadership in
any form at all, and pointed toward individuals as the cause for the incidents.
WASHINGTON (Reuters) - A long-awaited Army report on Thursday found 94 cases of abuse of prisoners in Iraq and Afghanistan but blamed "a few
individuals" and not the military leadership -- a finding Senate Democrats called hard to believe.

The Bush administration is off the hook for now though, in that none of the leadership is being blamed. While this isn't a major victory for the
Bush election campaign, it isn't a major loss either.
