Interesting read for those who were unable to view it on PBS, Jim Lehrer grills the top 2 from the 9/11 commision and from there answers we are in for a HUGE change and with the sense of urgency, we the citizens need to make sure our Representatives in Congress don't go too far and jeopardize more of our freedoms in the guise of improving national security. I know we need change but we can't let them have carte blanche and start destroying the liberties of our country. One example is the Patriot Act which was needed and was passed with a 2 year timeframe, well the 2 years are almost up and what does congress do? Re up for another 2 years? Not at all they want the deadline removed permanently which means the Patriot Act will be permanent. Remember who these people are, "Our Representatives" and I don't care Democrat or Republican, keep an eye on your members of congress and if they act in a way that will limit your freedoms, make them pay at the ballot box, it is very important to our childrens future. Keep an eye out for legislation, if it steps over the line, flood your reps with emails, letters, phone calls to make sure they know what they are dealing with. Take back your country.

WHAT WENT WRONG
The 9/11 Commission issued its final report which called for broad intelligence reforms in response to what it said were widespread government failures in the years before the attacks. Jim Lehrer discusses the final conclusions of the commission with its chairman, Thomas Kean, and vice chairman, Lee Hamilton.
