Avatar help please?

I've tried time and time again to get my avatar to come up on here, I mean to try and get it come up on the side when I post in threads. I've tried going through the FAQ about avatars but it doesn't seem to load the page for me.

Can anyone here help me get my avatar sorted?

Copy this url then go to tools above that will put you on your account settings page.
From there just paste the avatar url into it proper place then click submit and your done.

or you can save the image and up-loaded to you media center then follow the same steps

Avatar and background images must be hosted on ATS in your media center.

Thanks... I will have to sort out the size though!
