So by Oct of this year we should be able to see Nibiru, Is that by the naked eye or by telescope?
It's pretty big and it's already visible to the naked eye. It's just not always in a position where it can be seen, depending on the time of day and where you are. But as it gets closer that will change and it's existance will be undeniable.
If a certain leader of a major free world country knew that something was going to happen, and decided to spend the country into recievership because it really doesnt matter,he could do so in the belief that he is giving (what he sees as an)oppressed peoples that he springs from some good times,a little extra money and food stamps because it really doesnt matter anyway...looked at int hat light, certain things going on are explained...like the country having a 20 some % unemployment rate and that same elader taking his family on numerous expensive luxury vacations, rubbing peoples faces in it...but,like I say,if he knows bad stuff is coming down the pike, what does it matter?

Last night I laid awake thinking about all this Nibiru stuff. So much info out there I don't really know what to believe anymore. Then a thought occured to me. If Nibiru is real and TPTB know about it, then why care about Libya or Egypt or any other country caught in the middle of a revolt right now. I mean, wouldn't they just be like, "Who gives a $h!t what Gaddhafi does to his people, we're all going to be wiped out in 8 months anyhow." Why would they take the time to save people who were going to be killed by a passing planet/brown dwarf or whatever the hell it ends up being. Just seems like a waste of time to me. Just sayin'.

Tyche has not been discovered and the claims of its existence are not coming from NASA. It is two researchers who originally created the Nemesis hypothesis, the other object you referred to, but when it became apparent Nemesis does not exist they went back to the drawing board. What was said about Tyche is that if it exists it could be in the WISE data. As for Planet X, this was a hypothesized planet whose history extends back to the discovery of Neptune. However, with the Voyager II flyby of Neptune the perturbations in the orbits of the gas giants were accounted for and the Planet X hypothesis was finally dismissed.

So your source is another misguided conspiracy theorist that didn't even bother to read the original press release? Also, the reason WISE was shut down is because its mission was over. Actually, WISE's mission ended in October of last year when it ran out of coolant. It then ran for an extra four months than planned using the instruments that did not require the coolant to observe NEOs. There is no conspiracy here other than people twisting around words to support their own out there theories.

EDIT: And since we're throwing out links, here is one that shows most astronomers oppose the Tyche hypothesis, much as they opposed the original Nemesis hypothesis.

The mission's sensitive infrared telescope and detectors are kept chilled inside a Thermos-like tank of solid hydrogen, called a cryostat. This prevents WISE from picking up the heat, or infrared, signature of its own instrument. The solid hydrogen, called a cryogen, is expected to last about 10 months and will keep the WISE telescope a chilly 17 degrees Kelvin (minus 429 degrees Fahrenheit).
Nibiru (also transliterated Neberu, Nebiru) is a term in the Akkadian language, translating to "crossing" or "point of transition", especially of rivers[1], i.e. river crossings or ferry-boats. In Babylonian astronomy, nibiru (in cuneiform spelled dné-bé-ru or MULni-bi-rum) is a term of the highest point of the ecliptic, i.e. the point of summer solstice, and its associated constellation. The establishment of the nibiru point is described in tablet 5 of the creation epic Enûma Eliš" "When Marduk fixed the locations (manzazu) of Nibiru, Enlil and Ea in the sky".[2] As the highest point in the paths of the planets, nibiru was considered the seat of the summus deus who pastures the stars like sheep, in Babylon identified with Marduk. This interpretation of Marduk as the ruler of the cosmos suggesting an early monotheist tendency in Babylonian religion by various authors.[3][4] The corresponding constellation was in the area of Libra. The Nibiru constellation rose in the month of Tišritum, around autumnal equinox, and Nibiru was also a name for the planet Jupiter when observed in the month of Tišritum. In the enumerations, Nibiru is mentioned at different astronomical locations in conjunction with the positions of stars and planets,[2] mostly as the "star of Marduk", as in the Enuma Elish: "Nibiru is [Marduk's] star, which he made appear in the heavens . . . [130-131] The stars of heaven, let him [Nibiru] set their course; let him shepherd all the gods like sheep."[5] The various stars or planets were not subject to any fixed interpretation. The "star of Ea", for example, was described at various "revelation spots" including Vela, Fomalhaut, and Venus. Similar interpretations were made for the other "stars of the gods", so certain celestial coordinates where the "stars of the gods" appeared must be considered.[2] Nibiru is described more closely on a complete cuneiform tablet:[6] Nibiru, which is said to have occupied the passageways of heaven and earth, because everyone above and below asks Nibiru if they cannot find the passage. Nibiru is Marduk's star which the gods in heaven caused to be visible. Nibiru stands as a post at the turning point. The others say of Nibiru the post: "The one who crosses the middle of the sea (Tiamat) without calm, may his name be Nibiru, for he takes up the center of it". The path of the stars of the sky should be kept unchanged. Böhl calls the text "objectively the most difficult passage, although it has been handed down in its entirety. The Nibiru tablet does not provide any essential help for the clarification."[7] In the MUL.APIN, Nibiru is identified as Jupiter: "When the stars of Enlil have been finished, one big star – although its light is dim – divides the sky in half and stands there: that is, the star of Marduk (MUL dAMAR.UD), Nibiru (né-bé-ru), Jupiter (MULSAG.ME.GAR); it keeps changing its position and crosses the sky." Conversely, Tablets K.6174:9’ and K.12769:6’ refer to it as Mercury: "If Mercury (MULUDU.IDIM.GU4) divides the sky and stands there, [its name] is Nibiru."[5]
