So I have uploaded videos before to ATS Media, and can see my two videos when I login to ATS Media. However, I am trying to upload a new video, to this link here, and its not allowing me.
media.abovetopsecret.com...

The last time I uploaded something was Feb 2010. So, do I have permission to upload? Because on Internet Explorer it looks like an unfinished webform, and in Moxilla Firefox it says I dont have permission to upload.

Please advise. Thanks!
