I don't understand the reason for creating a false image and then placing it beside other factual images in the medical center, but here is the original photo:

I found this image of Saturn online:

I then used photoshop and flipped it vertically and horizontally then applied it to your image:

That is much better than the image I took with my cell phone. I don't know if I remember seeing the crosshairs. So now we know what they did to make the image but it doesn't answer why they did it.

Hundreds of people walk by it every day, it is hard to believe it is even there.
