It was, but look at the drawing and look at the BOP.

Just because the prototype came out of the black, it doesn't mean that development didn't continue

agreed they look a lot alike. I could easily see the BOP in a slight bank looking very much like the illustration.

Loveguy, i am not so sure about this link.....seems a bit like fiction mixed with fact.
Also have you noticed its says "Category: Fiction "........
and beneath the pics its says ......"A (faked) satellite photo of the AMARC airplane 'junkyard' in Tuscon, showing two F-19 Specter fighters being dismantled."
all of the images say "faked"

Based on that forward propulsion motion, it has to be something that uses the same technology. Perhaps something like this? (I find it a bit disturbing)
