if their judicial due process

1) I believe the act itself to be sensationalism

A lot of people would (especially on ATS) would never
believe Saddam was captured/killed if they were not able to see it.
I do understand your point, I do know my younger niece at the time
saw it and was quite appalled over it.
I don't know if anyone would quite believe it if we ever caught Bin laden if there is
not at least some evidence.

How is any of this bad? Those who were "horrified", please expand on why.

We get a strong country back, politicians will fear the PEOPLE again, the BS on the border will cease, and the Middle East can rot all by itself minus our "blood and treasure" being killed.
