High frequency resonance ! wouldnt it be possible to use it to resonate the molecules of structures so that they shake so violently the structure is compromised !

If they can target specific areas of the inonosphere then they would be able to target a specific area on the ground too if they know the resonance frequency of certain materials then it in theory could be used to destroy the molecular structure by exciting the molecules to violent levels to the point where the overall structure is weakened and collapses !

so what is the question or comment about HAARP does the OP have
