If anyone speaks Russian/German, can you please tell me what the protester was talking about if you can hear him?

According to a person in the comment section: Putin said (at the end) "is this democratic? Yes, it is democratic."

P.S. look at the guy's eyes at :36 when the protester sits down.

What Putin sais in German is nothing spectacular...he just goes: " Allright...we'll do that later...Young man, give me what you're throwing around there. Allright. You have done what you wanted to do here, now can you give me time to answer the question asked by the reporter? Is that democratic? Do you agree? Yeah?...Please, sit down.

All I can make out by the protester is: " Putin ist ein Freind..Feind "...Which is something like: " Putin is an enmy...enemy " ^^
